Standard Replies

Shows managers and admins how to configure standard replies for agents to use.

Known Issues:

• Max concurrent chats may not be respected across multiple queues
• Queue settings may not be cleared when a new queue modal is opened
• Lync^® on Premise - When displaying chat history, the new chat history will not load until the window is closed
• May run into validation issue when adding new people or dispatchers

Bug Fixes:

• Displays queue name to seeker instead of the display name of the AD Lync account used by the queue
• Updated tooltips to improve user experience
• The Configuration Wizard will launch when the installer finishes, rather than during the install process
• Various other fixes
